Salon Policies

Our Guarantee
​Your beauty needs make our dream & livelihood possible- so we always make every attempt to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience at Beauty Mark Salon. This is why we start your appointment with a personal consultation about the service you’re about to receive. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service (or within 24 hours) and we will make it right. Please keep in mind, correcting color or making dramatic changes in tone or texture may require more than one appointment to achieve the desired result.
Right to Refuse
Beauty Mark Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.  Engaging in inappropriate behavior toward any member of our staff or other client is strictly prohibited and will result in a lifetime ban from our facility.  ​
Cancellations 
​Please use the link in your confirmation email to let us know of any need to cancel or reschedule your service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you need to cancel after the 48 hour window, please let your stylist know as soon as possible.
No-Shows
A no-show for any service will result in a charge of the full base value of the missed service.  We understand that emergencies happen, but in order to continue to offer great service and timeliness to all our clients, we must take exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. ​
Late
Please value the time of your stylist and fellow patrons.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you in advance for such.  If you are 20 minutes or more late we will assume you are a no-show and our no-show policy will then apply.  ​
Confirmations
  As a courtesy, we will send you a confirmation email, as well as a reminder email AND text reminder (your choice of 1, 2, or 3 hours) prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason prior to the 48 hour window, please follow the link in your confirmation email.
Children
​Our “kid’s cut” is for children age 12 and under.  Children 13 and over are charged for regular services. Beauty Mark is a family friendly business, however; all children under the age of 12 must be scheduled for a service to be in the salon.  Due to the nature of our business and the potentially dangerous tools and chemicals used for such, our policy is for the safety and security of your children and our employees.  Thank you for your understanding as we work to create a soothing and safe place for your beautification needs.
Products
We have select professional styling products available for purchase at the salon.  Most of our stylists are also happy to obtain specific products of interest for you from our supplier; however, pre-payment will be taken at the time of order.  ​
Returns
​We will exchange any dysfunctional or new and unused retail hair or boutique product purchased within 5 days of original purchase.  No cash value is returned, and credit for similar in-store merchandise will be issued to be used immediately.
